Mark A.
Signorelli, as a key member of our management, leverages his 15
years of strategic and financial management experiences to assist our clients
in developing clear and executable acquisition and divestiture strategies. Mark
brings recent IPO and Road Show experience coupled with global joint venture
success to the breadth of Cincinnati Growth
Partners.
Prior to several successful years serving both
publicly and privately held companies throughout the Tri-State, Mark led the
Mergers and Acquisitions area as Vice President of Business Development for
General Cable Corporation (NYSE: BGC). During his tenure at BGC the company
launched 2 successful IPO processes. Prior to his leadership role at BGC, Mark
enjoyed a very successful career in the Business Development area of Emerson
Electric Company (NYSE: EMR) during a time when Emerson closed over 50 M&A
transactions including several international Joint Venture deals.
Mark
also brings the experience of acquiring and managing a large commercial lending
portfolio as Vice President for Southern National Bank, now part of BB&T
Corporation. Mark is an accomplished public speaker on the subjects of Mergers
and Acquisitions, Business Valuations and Developing Defendable Corporate
Strategies for the likes of The Greater Cincinnati Chamber of Commerce, The
I-Zone and several private companies.
Mark holds both BS and MBA
degrees from the University of North Carolina, with concentrations in
International Finance and Marketing. In addition to participating in several
community and church sponsored activities, Mark is a member of the American
Society of Appraisers (ASA). |
